As the Chief Operating Officer, he oversees our Digital and Mobile network of 1400 retail locations across Canada. In this role, I am responsible for systems integration, logistics, deployment of new footprints, content management software, metrics gathering and digesting as well as the relationship management with the footprint owners.
President of Pinpoint Media Group: March 2009 – October 2011 (2 years 8 months)
As President of Pinpoint, I oversaw day to day operations of the company and all its division, namely operations, sales, marketing and analytic initiatives. At the time of the acquisition by ‘Isign Media Pinpoint’ was the largest Digital Signage Network in Canada, with over 5000 screens across all provinces.
VP of Business Development at Pinpoint Media Group: November 2008 – March 2009 (5 months)
As Vice President of Business Development, I was responsible for the procurement of new verticals to incorporate into our traditional streams of revenue. During my tenure, I successfully introduced a data-driven approach to our media sales business by capturing POS data and turning literally terabytes of “big data” into actionable insights, effectively closing the loop on impressions vs activation.
Senior Management Team: July 2005 – June 2008 (3 years)
As a Senior Management Team Member, I was responsible for the Business Intelligence gathering, assimilation, distribution, and activation for Tulip’s Large DOOH LED screens in mainland China. In my advisory role to the Board, I painted “The Big Picture” with actionable recommendations on location potential, revenue projections, and go to market strategies.
