How to select an idea among many ideas?

Ideas are worthy enough only when you can execute them in a proper way. When we execute them, we should be very perfect at explaining the ideas to the receivers, they should get the exact meaning what we are trying to show them.

But in this whole process, the main and primary which is very important is choosing the idea. Now when we are talking about ideas, there are generally two types of people,

First comes who thinks a lot, and finally comes up with a brilliant idea
And, the next comes, they who are genius minded, and comes up with various ideas but ultimately fights a lot with their mind and heart to go for the right one.

The first kind of people are blessed enough to go with a single idea and execute it in a fantastic way, but the one who are struggling with the fact about which one to go with, needs to settle for one. And, today we will be talking about them.

According to me, idea should always base on your preference, because if you try innovating something or think through someone’s else perspective, or say try to choose topic according to other then your result won’t be that good. We must see if the idea fits within our long-term goals. If we think about what we want to achieve in our future life, or career, we can easily find out if that particular idea will bring closer to the future goal or further away. Even if we love an idea but that idea is of no great help, then that idea is not good.

The timing should be checked: –

Time is of course an important factor when it comes to an idea. Some ideas require urgency whereas some ideas can be chased later on. We must consider which idea is urgent and which is not.

The costs of the ideas should be identified: –

We must evaluate how much time, resources and money will be needed to make the idea a reality. Imaginatively we very easily see name, fame and fortune. But a cool- headed analysis reveals the flipside. New Ideas should be used in current work: –

We should use our previous ideas into the new projects we are working on. Entirely new something can be created by merging two or more different ideas. Secondly, creating something entirely new takes time. So we can save time utilising previous ideas into the new projects.

We should be careful in chasing novelty of ideas: –

Naturally we are drawn towards new ideas because of their being full of wonder and possibility. But we should be careful that we are not only chasing the idea because it a new one but we have to consider if we actually implement the idea.

So, we must be careful to see that the idea that we choose can be implemented if will be valuable in the future. We should not be hasty before we choose any idea.
